I hate snow. I don't like to ski. I don't like to watch it fall. I don't like the smell of it.
I have lived in Connecticut for almost 7 years and before that I lived in Utah. And before that I lived in Chicago.. ALL PLACES HAD SNOW. Some worse than others. But all places helped me develop this loathing for snow.
so the purpose of this post is.... it is snowing today. I feel like it is a bit early for snow. Being Oct. 11 and all. But.. none the less, it is snowing. So get out your sweaters and coats. Because the white stuff never asks permission before falling.

Doesn’t the snow make you want to curl up in a warm blanket and cry?? I even like to ski and I still don’t like the snow. Andy says I just don’t like seasons because I grew up in California with one season (Heaven on Earth) and it was 70 degrees 365 days of the year. But over the years I have started to like (well maybe I’ve gotten used to) seasons. My only request is that cold weather and snow come when it is WINTER. I don’t want it to come early and stay a while. I’ll count my blessings because last year the first snow fall was September 23rd. (Gasp) I guess it was my ‘welcome back to Utah’ present since we had only been back for 3 weeks. Let’s just hope this Winter is the shortest in Utah history.
By the way-- It made my day to check my blog and see the words "You're lovely" from you! I go back and read it all the time just to put a smile on my face! I hope you are feeling more at home and that things are going well despite the snow.
